About Velcàra

Velcàra is an independent, art-directed fashion label. Product identity, styling, and imagery are curated in-house; see our Legal Notice for our business identification details.

Products & pricing

We try to describe and photograph products as accurately as possible, but slight variations in color or finish can occur. All prices are shown in EUR and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before you complete an order.

Orders & payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy, which we accept once payment is confirmed. Payments are processed securely via Stripe and/or PayPal; we don't store your full card details. We may cancel or refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues, and will notify you if this happens.

Shipping

Shipping methods, timelines, and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you once an order is delivered to the address you provided.

Returns & refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds — including your statutory EU 14-day right of withdrawal — are described in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Velcàra name, logo, product photography, and copy — is owned by Velcàra or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Velcàra is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or your order. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
